Our implementation was a bit hairy and not completed within the 30 days promised. Also there are some enhancements that could be made to make the user experience a little smoother which you only come upon once you are using the software.

The reporting aspect isnt very customizable and is very generalized. I wish their contract management system would update contract renewals automatically.

Main Issues or Weaknesses: To be honest, there really aren't any, but if I had to offer a few I would say they are:
1. Cost of adding bespoke Smart Tags/Fields
2. Cost of adding additional administrators vs standard users
3. Slightly pushy sakes team when it comes to upselling

I dislike that in the Analyze side I cannot customize the "smart" terms I want to see. Some of the standard terms/fields within Analyze are not helpful, nor are the "titles" LS uses to describe the field.
We took demos of around 5 CLM vendors and chose to go with HyperStart. They were the only CLM vendor who had SOC2 compliance and met the criteria of around 22 parameters which we had evaluated them on.
