Positive reviews of PandaDoc
I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc and how easy it is to use. It’s simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with.
What I like best about PandaDoc is how organized it is! I also like how when we apply the box for signatures, it changes colors to specify the person. Also, it allows where the other person can add their payment info if we wish to request.

I love PandaDoc’s integration with Salesforce. With a couple of clicks in Salesforce, PandaDoc ingests all the necessary fields from the opp record and outputs a polished & custom order form. The interface and UI are very intuitive. Much better than the other CPQ apps I’ve used in previous roles.
PandaDoc is very affordable for small businesses. It has enough features to help streamline the “get a contract signed” process. I love the feature of being able to assign information and signature fields to different users and that PandaDoc notifies me when everyone has completed their part.
Critical reviews of PandaDoc
PandaDoc’s integration with HubSpot has made contract management faster and increased my personal productivity. However, sometimes, the UI is not very intuitive. The time to learn can be extended.
At times, uploading documents can be a challenge if not in PDF form. It would be helpful to allow other forms of electronic documentation such as .doc, .docx, etc. The form isn’t a PDF and is saved on your hard drive as a .doc or .docx under Office360 or Word; it requires multiple steps to upload it onto Panda. It would be helpful for Panda to have the capability to upload and display the document regardless of the type of document it is.
Using PandaDoc has allowed our team to streamline new contracts. However, occasionally, the email being sent goes into a customer’s spam folder, and they find it difficult to find.
I wish I was able to create workflows so that if I add certain products to the order form, it will automatically add certain content blocks from the content library to the document. Maybe this is already possible, and we just need a higher-tier plan.
There are some glitches. For example, I already filled up all the variables and sent the document, and it was sent successfully, with no warning that there was something that needs to be filled up. When the document is sent, and you check it, one variable does not reflect the info I provided (e.g., The applicant’s name should be Ana Jones. It still shows {applicant name} in the document.)
PandaDoc’s user reviews and feedback indicate that while it is an excellent platform for organizing documents and collecting signatures, there are some shortcomings in features and UI.
However, to understand the complete picture, it is important to understand PandaDoc’s pros and cons, which we will discuss in the coming section.
