In June 2025, Lumelight officially re-launched as a unified benefits solutions provider. The launch brought together several specialized organizations–MZQ Consulting, Healthcare Reporting, CXC Solutions, Benefits Comply, and Consova under a single brand identity. 

This integration aimed to streamline an end-to-end suite of services focused on compliance, claims processing, benefits administration, and analytics for U.S. employers across the board.

Challenge faced

The rebrand presented substantial operational complexity:

• 700+ active agreements existed under one of the legacy brands at transition
• Amendment, re-execution, or complete re-initiation of contracts to ensure legal validity and business continuity.
• An urgent, large-scale contract migration effort to update all agreements with the new brand and operational structure.
